Just post a comment on the home page on the most recent post saying the following:
1.Penguin Name
2.Your Site Link (ex:www.clubpenguininterpress.blogspot.com)
3.The link of a picture of your penguin
4.What you want it to say
5.Backround Color(s)/Image
6.Text Color(s)
7.Header or Banner
8.HxW in Pixels (ex: 750x150, I can also reccomend one if you dont want to take the time to figure it out.)
9.If there is anything else you want on your banner or header, just put it on number 9
I also make things called Penguin Portraits which is where you can get a pic of your peng in front of a place in cp!

Here is also one of me at a farther view of the red team's snowfort.
They make great icons or things to hang on your wall!
Just comment on the home page saying the following,
1.The items on the penguin, unless you want to meet on cp and get your pic taken then.
2.The room or place you want the backround to be (ex: Pizza Parlor Counter, DJ 3K set, Coffee Shop Chair, etc.)

For backrounds they will only work on blogger blogs... I can pratically do anything!!! Just say it in the 1st blank on the form :D
